I was looking back at some of the pictures in my phone when I suddenly bumped into these. My mouth started to water from inside, my stomach grunting and my senses were going back to the exact moment me and my dad went to Malibu Farm. I could literally feel the fresh acai going down my throat and into my stomach. And just by knowing how healthy the food was made the experience even better. Before going to Miami during the summer, I was going through Instagram when suddenly an add showed up of Malibu Farm. I went up to their page and got a look at some of the pictures I absolutely loved it.
They had a different menu from other places like avocado pizza, chia pudding, vegetable paella, cauliflower pizza, etc. sadly it was just me and my dad so we couldn’t get to order that much food to share with the rest of my family, but what we ordered was the Acai Bowl that was with seasonal berries, banana and gluten free coconut granola. Next we ordered the quinoa oatmeal that was with coconut milk, maple syrup and seasonal berries. And finally the Breakfast Burrito that were whole wheat tortilla, scrambled eggs, chicken apple sausage, black beans, cheese, onion, peppers, taco salsa, guacamole and baby potatoes.
If I had to tell you which one was my favorite plate I couldn’t because they were all amazing. Each one of the plates was unique in its own way. The flavors were exquisite and the presentation made you never want to eat it. Not only the food was good but the place. Malibu Farm was located inside the Eden Roc Hotel but it was really easy to find. The restaurant was in front of the beach with an amazing view. The service was engaged with you and because I am a gluten free person, they had gluten free products which are not so common in some restaurants. This is the kind of place in which I would return to. I had an amazing time, it was delicious and it was different from other places.
